Peter Medhurst (piano, voice and harpsichord) – illustrated lecture recital on Venice in 18th Century London

Louisa Steinburg (violin) with Nicholas Burns (piano) present an illustrated recital on The Russian Violin 

12 March
Steve Collisson (cello) with Sophie Warwick (piano) presents an illustrated story of the Life of a Professional Musician

16 April
University of Chichester Student Showcase Concert
– £1000 Prize Fund (First prize £500)

14 May
Irena Rieband (horn) with Matthew Shipton (piano) – Lecture Recital on The French Horn and its Repertoire

11 June
Summer Evening Concert – this year we have invited the highly acclaimed Primrose Piano Quartet

10 September
A concert by two outstanding Chichester University graduates
Tina Gelnere (operatic Soprano) and Mariana Rotaru (solo violin) accompanied by Head of Music Ben Hall (piano)

8 October
Simon Callaghan (piano)  – explores and illustrates the life and work of the British Composer Sir Hubert Parry

12 November
Celebrity Concert featuring the internationally renowned pianist Jonathan Plowright performing on the University’s Steinway Grand

20 December - Special Christmas Event
James Bowman, one of the world’s leading counter tenors, accompanied by Andrew Plant, graced the Funtington Music Group’s Christmas Concert , where he sang and summarised his life as a Singer.
